By downloading, installing, or using the Unpath mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Unpath is a travel planning application that generates personalized city tours based on user preferences. The App provides:
- Curated tour recommendations for selected cities
- Walking routes with estimated times and distances
- Integration with third-party navigation apps
- Offline access to saved tours
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unpath and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5. Third-Party Content
The App may display content from third-party sources, including attraction information and photos from Google Places. Such content is the property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms of use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Tour recommendations will be accurate, complete, or current
- Attractions will be open or accessible when you visit
- Walking times and distances will be precise
You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and that you are solely responsible for your safety when following any tour generated by the App.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unpath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any content obtained from the App
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Unpath operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
